Cancellations & Late Policy

We recommend arriving 5 - 10 minutes early. Whether its to find parking or the anticipated traffic. We ask everyone to please be mindful and communicate with us when the chances of running behind arise.

  • No call /no show = denied future service.

  • Appointments later then 15 minutes without a 5 -10 minute notice will be denied services.

  • Please notify the salon ASAP when running late. (It helps us manage our time)

  • Cancellation within 24 hours = 50% of service charges or max of $150
